Cancellation
In case you want to cancel your order you made on Owleaf.com website. Please note that you have to cancel it within 24 hours of the time you placed your order as every piece of item we make is made-to-order for individual customers.
A dedicated team of skilled craftsmen is assigned to your order who work hard with complete focus specifically for making your item you ordered so you’ll get the best customer experience with your order from Owleaf!
We DO NOT MASS PRODUCT the items, as we believe that Quantity affects the QUALITY. In order to maintain it we truly ensures that we deliver you the best in the market quality directly to your doorsteps.
Thus, orders once places cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Return Process
All return must be postmarked within 24 hours of delivery date post verification by the Order Team.
In order to return an item, please drop an email to customer service at support@owleaf.com with the clear pictures and a video that shows the product’s defect, make sure your mention your Order ID in the email.
Your concern will be escalated to the Order Team after successful verification. Then your order will be picked up within 5 working days, and we’ll send you a replacement within a week or two post we received your returned item. Also make sure the Returned order must be on original condition and unused else, you return will get reject.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds post 24 hours of placing the order. In the case a defective product have been delivered to you, we do offer only replacement. Please drop an email to customer service at support@owleaf.com with the clear pictures and a video that shows the product’s defect, make sure your mention your Order ID in the email.
